Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know and we'll stop billing you.
What if I don't use all 4 hours?
Up to 2 hours roll over to the next month. Use it or lose it after that.
Can I split my hours into multiple visits?
Absolutely. Two 2-hour visits, four 1-hour visits — whatever works for you.
What if I need more than 4 hours one month?
Additional hours are billed at $49/hour (a discount from our regular $59 first hour rate).
