Pricing & Payment

How much do you charge?

Our standard rate is $59 for the first hour (which includes travel within 30 miles of Broken Arrow), then $49 per additional hour. Moving help is $69/hour due to the heavier lifting involved. We also offer a $375 flat-rate garage cleanout with all hauling included. Need an extra hand? We can bring additional crew members for $30/hour per person (up to 2 additional helpers).

What is the $50 deposit for?

The $50 deposit reserves your spot on our calendar. It's applied to your final bill — so it's not an extra charge, just a commitment that you're serious about booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we keep the deposit.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is due upon completion of the job. For larger jobs, we may ask for payment in stages.

Do you give free estimates?

For most jobs, we can give you a solid estimate over text or phone based on your description and photos. For larger or unusual jobs, we may need to do a quick on-site look — but there's no charge for that.

Are there any hidden fees?

Nope. The price we quote is the price you pay. We don't add surprise charges for fuel, disposal, or anything else. If something changes the scope of the job, we'll talk to you first before doing any extra work.

What if I need extra help for a big job?

We can bring additional crew members for $30/hour per person (up to 2 additional helpers). This is great for larger items like heavy furniture, appliances, or jobs that require multiple people for safety. Not all jobs need extra hands — but for heavy lifting, tight spaces, or time-sensitive moves, an extra person can make a big difference. Just let us know when you book and we'll let you know if we think you'll need one.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Broken Arrow and everywhere within 30 miles — including Tulsa, Bixby, Owasso, Jenks, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Coweta, Catoosa, Claremore, and more. Not sure if you're in our area? Text us your zip code and we'll let you know.

How far in advance should I book?

The more notice, the better — but we can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on our schedule. Text us and we'll let you know what's available.

What are your hours?

We typically work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. We can sometimes do evening or Sunday jobs for an additional fee — just ask.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

No problem — just give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule without any fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the $50 deposit.

Do I need to be home during the job?

Not always. For many jobs, you can just show us what needs to be done and leave. We'll text you when we're finished. For jobs inside your home, we'd recommend you being there — at least at the start.

Our Services

What do you do with the stuff you haul away?

We try to be responsible about disposal. Items in good condition get donated to local charities. Recyclables go to recycling. The rest goes to the appropriate disposal facility. We don't just dump stuff illegally.

Can you pick up something I bought on Facebook Marketplace?

Yes! This is one of our most popular services. Just send us the listing and pickup address, and we'll coordinate the pickup and delivery to your home.

Do you do moving?

We do moving help — loading/unloading, rearranging furniture, carrying heavy items. We're not a full-service moving company with trucks, but if you've rented a U-Haul and need muscle, we're your guys.

What won't you haul?

We can't take hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, asbestos, etc.), medical waste, or anything illegal. If you're not sure about something, just ask.

Is there a maximum job size?

We cap most jobs at 7 hours. For larger projects (estate cleanouts, major hauls), we'll give you a custom quote and may split it across multiple days.

Do you do regular lawn care?

Yes! We offer weekly and biweekly lawn mowing services. Lawn mowing starts at $60 per cut, which includes mowing, edging, and blowing off the property. We also offer monthly maintenance plans. Ask us about our Monthly Service Plan for ongoing help with various tasks.

Yes, we carry liability insurance. We're careful with your property, but accidents happen — and we're covered if they do.

Who will show up to do the work?

You'll typically get the same crew each time. We're a small, tight-knit team — not a franchise sending random workers. You'll get to know us.
