Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and any services, bookings, custom orders, or purchases with OKIE HUSTLE CO., LLC ("Okie Hustle Co.", "Company", "we", "us", "our"). By booking, purchasing, or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service scope
We provide local labor and related services including hauling, cleanouts, moving help, pickups/deliveries, lawn and outdoor support, and similar project work. We may also offer custom products such as engraving and custom-cut items.
Service availability depends on crew capacity, location, weather, and safety conditions.
3. Quotes, booking requests, and scheduling
Quotes and online estimates are informational and may change if scope, access, or conditions differ from what was submitted.
An online booking request may require follow-up confirmation before final scheduling. We may request photos, access notes, and scope clarification before locking in service.
4. Pricing and billing
Current pricing is shown on the website, booking flow, or direct written quote at the time of booking. Posted rates can change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Unless stated otherwise, hourly services are billed by labor time and applicable job time. Most hourly jobs have a 90-minute minimum, and many standard jobs are capped at 7 hours unless quoted as a larger custom project.
Flat-rate offers apply only to the listed scope. If the actual scope exceeds that offer, additional charges may apply with customer approval.
A travel or mileage fee, disposal fee, overweight item fee, stairs/access fee, or similar operational fee may apply when relevant. We aim to confirm these upfront whenever possible.
5. Payments
Some bookings and online orders require full payment at checkout to reserve the requested date/crew or order.
Online payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our website servers.
For select jobs, alternate payment methods may be accepted only if agreed in advance.
6. Rescheduling, cancellations, and no-show policy
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are generally handled without a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations or major scope changes made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
If the customer or site is unavailable at arrival and we cannot access the job, a no-show/trip fee may apply.
7. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate job details and a safe work environment, including:
- Clear access to work areas, walkways, and loading points.
- Disclosure of heavy, oversized, fragile, specialty, or high-risk items.
- Disclosure of stairs, narrow turns, parking constraints, gate/access requirements, and building rules.
- Disconnection/prep of appliances and utilities when required.
- Legal authority to request removal, transport, donation, or disposal of items.
We may pause or refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful, or materially different from the submitted scope.
8. Restricted materials
We do not accept illegal items or hazardous materials, including chemicals, biohazards, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, and similar restricted items. If unsure, ask before booking.
9. Property condition and moving limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, ordinary wear from moving used items, or damage caused by unsafe property conditions or inaccurate customer disclosures.
Our moving help is labor support and does not automatically include full-service household carrier services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
10. Documentation and media
We may capture job-related photos or videos for documentation, quality control, dispute resolution, training, or marketing. We will not intentionally publish private personal details unrelated to the work.
11. Merch and custom order terms
Merch listings may include sample photos. Custom engraving or custom-cut orders are made to your requested specifications.
Because custom items are personalized, all custom sales are generally final unless an item is defective or materially different from the approved order details.
If there is an order issue, contact us promptly with clear photos and order details so we can review a remedy.
12. Next Up Fund program
The Next Up Fund is a separate community program and not a paid service purchase. Program eligibility, selection, and participation are governed by the Next Up Fund Rules.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a specific job or order is limited to the amount paid for that specific job or order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
14. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false, unlawful, or abusive content.
Website content, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Okie Hustle Co. and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Any dispute related to these Terms or services will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
