Clearing out a whole house is a big job, and it is usually not a happy one. We do the lifting, sorting, and hauling so your family can focus on the decisions that actually matter.
From $65/hr for one hustler, $95/hr for a two-man crew. Hauling included.
What you get
Most estate cleanouts happen after a move to assisted living, a downsize, or a death in the family. We have done enough of them to know that the schedule bends around you, not the other way around.
If it fits through the door and it is legal to haul, it is probably on this list.
Couches, bed frames, mattresses, dressers, dining sets, and the heavy pieces nobody wants to carry down a hallway.
Fridges, washers, dryers, ranges, freezers, and window units — including from a garage or a second floor.
Attic and closet storage, paperwork, holiday bins, and the boxes that have not been opened since the last move.
Tools, lawn equipment, paint cans, scrap lumber, patio furniture, and whatever collected along the fence line.
We separate what is still good and run it to a local donation center rather than sending it to the landfill.
Floors swept and rooms emptied so the house is ready for a realtor, a buyer, or the next family.
Four steps, and most of them are on us.
Text a few pictures of each room to (918) 845-0004, or book online. Photos are usually enough for an accurate estimate.
You get an hourly estimate and a realistic time window before we start. No surprise charges once the van is loaded.
Keep, donate, sell, haul. You point, we carry. Take as long as you need on the calls that are hard.
Everything leaves in one visit where we can. Donations get dropped, the rest gets disposed of properly, and the house gets swept.
Clock starts when we arrive. No service fee, no dump-fee surprises.

flat rate · no service fee
Single rooms, apartments, and lighter loads where sorting matters more than muscle.
Two-Man Crew
$95 /hr
flat rate · no service fee
Whole homes, heavy furniture, stairs, and anything you want finished in a single day.
Estate cleanouts are billed hourly: $65/hr for one hustler and $95/hr for a two-man crew, with no service fee and hauling included. Most whole-home cleanouts run as a two-man crew over one or two days depending on square footage and how much is being kept. Send photos of each room and we will give you an hour range and a not-to-exceed number before we start.
No. Plenty of families do a walkthrough with us at the start to mark what stays, then leave us to it and come back at the end. If you are out of state, we can work from a photo walkthrough and send progress pictures as we go.
Yes, and that is the normal case. We sort into keep, donate, sell, and haul as we work, and we stop whenever you need time on a decision. Nothing you have not cleared leaves the house.
We separate anything usable and run it to a local Tulsa-area donation center, and we can bring you back a receipt for your records. Furniture in good shape is worth donating rather than dumping, and it usually costs you nothing extra.
Yes. Garages, attics, sheds, and outbuildings are part of most estate cleanouts, and they are often where the bulk of the volume actually is. Mention them when you send photos so the estimate reflects the real scope.
We usually have same-week openings, and we can often start within a few days of your quote. If you are working against a closing date or a lease deadline, tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
