A unit you never open still bills you every month. We meet you at the facility, empty it, sweep it out, and haul it off — so you can hand back the key and stop the rent.
From $65/hr for one hustler, $95/hr for a two-man crew. Hauling included.
What you get
Most storage cleanouts are one visit. We bring the van, the dollies, and the muscle; you bring the gate code.
Units fill up in a hurry and empty out slower. Here is what we usually pull.
Couches, mattresses, bed frames, tables, dressers, and the pieces that went into storage "just for a few months."
Stacked-to-the-ceiling boxes, plastic bins, files, and packed-in household goods.
Fridges, washers, dryers, old TVs, and gear that has been sitting since the last move.
Overstock, fixtures, displays, and equipment from a closed or downsized business.
Facility managers and buyers: we clear won or defaulted units fast so the space can turn over.
Anything still usable goes to a local donation center instead of straight to the landfill.
Most units are done in a single trip.
Text a photo of the open unit plus the size (5x10, 10x10, 10x20) to (918) 845-0004. That is usually all we need.
You get an hourly estimate and a time window up front. No charge for showing up.
Pick a time inside the gate hours. You unlock, we load. You are free to leave once we are in.
We clear the unit, sweep it out, run the donations, and dispose of the rest properly.
Clock starts when we arrive. No service fee, no dump-fee surprises.

Packed 10x10s and larger, heavy furniture, upper-floor units, and anything on a deadline.
Storage unit cleanouts are billed hourly: $65/hr for one hustler and $95/hr for a two-man crew, with hauling included and no service fee. A packed 10x10 is commonly a two-man job of a few hours. Send a photo of the open unit with the size and we will give you an hour range and a not-to-exceed number before we drive out.
Only long enough to get us through the gate and open the unit. Most customers unlock, point at what stays, and leave. If the facility allows it, we can also coordinate access directly with the manager.
Yes. Auction buyers and facility managers are a regular part of this work, and we know these usually come with a tight deadline to clear the space. Tell us the deadline when you book and we will confirm whether we can hit it.
Not a problem. Tell us what stays and we will load it separately — we can move it to your home, another unit, or set it aside while we haul the rest.
Yes. We broom-sweep the unit so it passes the facility walkthrough and you are not charged a cleaning fee on the way out.
